The POC was carried out in Terminal 2 from July 1st to August 24th 2022. On average, there were 25 trolleys in operation for 8 to 14 hours per day.
During the POC 4.937 passengers used the service for more than 10 minutes, with average user session length being around 35 minutes.
All in all 46.633 promotions (excluding pause screen ads) was shown during the POC, 23.440 of them being unique impressions. On average each passenger saw almost 10 promotions.
Almost all passengers used ITS to navigate to points of interest in the terminal including gates, outlets and restrooms.
34% of all users bought something after seeing a promotion.
1.109 of the users responded to the QR survey, which must be considered a very high response rate.
